You will be guided through everything you need to know, so classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as the more experienced. Classes are always friendly, fun with the aim of making them feel perfect for you in that moment.
Hatha Flow Yoga
This style of yoga offers a blend of mindfully flowing asana (poses) often linked with the breath, alongside a slower practice with longer holds. Classes always offer a guiding theme and may also include pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. This skilful combination evolves to meet the needs of each group to create greater mind-body-heart awareness within a supportive space to be ourselves.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Mini Yoga Nidra
This style of yoga offers a blend of mindfully flowing asana (poses) often linked with the breath, alongside a slower practice with longer holds. Classes always offer a guiding theme and may also include pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. This skilful combination evolves to meet the needs of each group to create greater mind-body-heart awareness within a supportive space to be ourselves.
This special class concludes with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) where you are invited to lie down, get comfortable and relax. You are then guided through a beautifully relaxing meditative journey around the body and later into imagination.

This style of yoga synchronises asana (yoga poses) with the flow of the breath for a mindful yet dynamic practice. Kerrie brings together elements of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga so we get all of the calming benefits for the mind a moving meditation brings, while building strength and suppleness in the body.
