HOW IS YOGA BODY | ZEN MIND DIFFERENT?
Have you ever questioned whether you are happy, asked yourself 'what's it all about?', felt impatient about achieving your goals or in even identifying what they are?!.....this is where I was when my yoga story began. After my initial class I had no idea yoga could help me find the answers! Now I just want to help others feel the incredible benefits of yoga and spread the word! Kerrie xx.

I am also a practicing hypnotherapist and often work with vulnerable adults and therefore have a current Enhanced DBS Check. Of course I am also fully insured, and registered as an experienced yoga teacher (the highest credential of the profession E-RYT 500) with the international governing body for yoga, the Yoga Alliance. I have the experience and credentials necessary to mentor, educate and train other teachers and run a teacher training school (should I wish to!)

ABOUT YOU
There are no pre-requisites to join a class! Just come with an open mind and Kerrie will guide you through the rest. If you do have any specific needs we will discuss these with you at the start of the class and ensure you are supported.

What to bring - Bring a yoga mat or equivalent to create a sacred and safer way to practice. You will also need a screen and internet connection :)
What to wear - It's up to you what you wear as long as you can practice yoga safely and in comfort. We suggest clothes you can move freely in, with layers on the top. We can get quite warm during our physical practice but cool during relaxation.
